As a Sales Representative at Core Strategies Solutions, you’ll be the face of a leading energy provider—engaging with customers in retail stores and live event settings. Your job is to connect, educate, and guide individuals through their energy options in a friendly, confident, and informative manner. This is a performance-driven role ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction.
Represent one of the nation’s top energy brands at retail and event locations
Engage customers directly with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
Explain energy options clearly and help customers make informed decisions
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offerings and industry standards
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign expectations
Provide feedback on customer experiences and campaign performance
6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, or a public-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-traffic environments with a positive attitude
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation to assigned locations
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
